Healing HEART Sanctuary‘s mission is to help heal injured/disabled rescue animals who in turn help to heal people.
Healing HEART Sanctuary works with domestic pets and farm animals and has helped dogs, cats, horses, cows, sheep, goats, rabbits, turtles, tortoises, and geckos to get back on their feet. The special needs animals of HHS have worked with children in foster care, referrals from the local mental health department, athletes from the Special Olympics, at-risk teen facilities and the Head Start program just to name a few.
Healing HEART Sanctuary is also dedicated to raising awareness of the able-ness of animals with disabilities while sharing information and collaborating with the public and other animal and people organizations.
